The one45 app is the fastest and most convenient way for students, residents, and faculty to review and complete one45 assessments.
After you download the app, select your institution name and login using the same credentials you use for the web version of one45.
You can review your outstanding forms and complete them whenever you prefer, at a clinical site or on the go.
Note: This app is designed for use in conjunction with one45’s Webeval module, an automated in-training evaluation scheduling and collection tool.
An active one45 account and internet connection is required.
